These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ada7 platform and all services under it. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on ada7, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.2 Identity Verification

ada7 reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time when required. A national ID card, passport, or other government-recognised document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your ada7 account password and login details secure. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ada7 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited — only transactions from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may be slightly longer on bank holidays or in unusual circumstances.

3.4 Deposit Rejection & Investigation

If any transaction appears suspicious, ada7 reserves the right to hold it pending investigation. If fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms is proven, the relevant funds may be confiscated and the account may be permanently closed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at ada7 are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement — this applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• ada7 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If manipulation or misuse of any bonus program is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

ada7's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, up to 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond. Advancing to a higher tier depends on consistency and dedication in play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ada7 platform and, if detected, will result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating an account using third-party funds.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to play games or place bets.
• Misusing the bonus program or any promotional offer.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or damage the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other players.

All content published on the ada7 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, design elements, and brand identity — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ada7 or its licensed game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming).

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and entertainment use of the platform. Using ada7 content for commercial purposes, for redistribution, or with any modifications is strictly prohibited.
